"Bike Propagation"

The Divine Cycling Group (DCG) was formed with the singular goal of offering the highest quality products to a full range of cyclists - from beginner to expert, from existing to new.

DCG will achieve that vision by acquiring and consolidating manufacturing companies which currently offer products that are well regarded within the bicycle industry, but which may have lacked the scale and resources necessary to get those products to more cyclists worldwide.

As a U.S. based company, approximately 50% of DCG's portfolio of companies will offer products that are designed and made in the U.S. Given the very fragmented and undercapitalized state of the bike industry in the U.S., DCG sees this as a tremendous opportunity. The unquestionably high quality of products available through U.S. based manufacturing makes the opportunity that much more exciting.

This type of consolidation in the U.S. has not been seen for decades - and we believe its time has come. And we at DCG don't plan on sitting around and watching it happen - we plan to be in front and drive that evolution - or more appropriately - revolution.

While U.S. focused, we recognize that cycling is a worldwide activity, and plan on populating the other 50% of our portfolio of brands with European and Asian based manufacturing companies. Given Europe's cycling heritage, and Asia's production scale and technology, DCG can best achieve its goal of getting bikes in more hands by supplementing U.S. based manufacturing with products originating from these international markets.

Brand Cross-Fertilization

Putting high quality product and technology companies under one umbrella entity provides an additional opportunity - the cross-fertilization of ideas, technologies, and synergies. As DCG adds a diverse mix of high quality brands to our group, the opportunity to cross-fertilize - have the brands and their respective champions interact - is perhaps the most exciting aspect of our business model. Whether exemplified through the combination of technologies, combining bikes and components, or the sharing of ideas across development teams, these added synergies have explosive potential.

The Journey Begins

DCG was formed in January of 2013 - so we are "young" in cycling industry years. We see that as an asset, as we bring a tremendous amount of international business experience, significant access to capital, a fresh perspective on the industry, and the energy and commitment needed to achieve our aggressive vision. We hope you to join us along the way.
